Reservation and Payment:

Reservations can be made through our website or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. The credit card provided during the reservation process will be charged for the total amount of the stay upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, cash as valid forms of payment.

Cancellation and Modification:

Cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid any charges. Late cancellations or modifications and no- shows will be charged for the first night’s stay. Group reservations or reservations made during peak seasons may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is after 3:00PM, and check-out time is before 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability, but additional charges may apply. Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon check- in. Any damages or missing items from the room during the guest’s stay may be charged to the credit card on file.

Occupancy and Visitors:

The maximum occupancy for each room is stated in the room description and should not be exceeded. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. Visitors of registered guests are allowed in the common areas but are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval from motel management. No visitors are allowed after 9:00PM.

Smoking and Pets:

Super Sleep Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and common spaces. Violators will be subject to a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at Super Sleep Inn, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for a service animal.

Property Rules:

Guests are expected to adhere to the property rules and regulations to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests. Any behavior that disturbs the peace or causes inconvenience to other guests or staff may result in immediate eviction without refund. Super Sleep Inn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Liability:

Super Sleep Inn is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the property, using facilities, or participating in any activities. Super Sleep Inn is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay, including those arising from the use of facilities or equipment on the premises.
